Cancelation of agreement for personal data processing

In case of violation of data protection rules the person concerned hast he right to complain at the respective authorities. Respective authorities are located in the country where the company has it headquarter (in Germany this is located with the ‚Landesschutzbeauftragte‘ of the respective federal state). You have the right to get personal data, that we process based on your agreement, transferred to you or a legitimate third person in a machine-readable format. In case you want this data transferred to a third party it will be done only if technically possible.

You have the right within legal regulations (I.e. being a European resident) to get free information on personal data saved and processed. Furthermore, you have the right to get personal data corrected, inhibited or deleted.
Objection to advertising E-mails
The use of our E-Mail address (published in accordance with the duties of this disclaimer and privacy policy), to send us any advertising/ promotion content that was not explicitly desired, is forbidden. In case any not requested Spam-E-Mail, the operator of this website will reserve the right to undertake legal action without any notice.
3. Data collection on our website

Our website uses cookies. They don’t do any harm to your computer and they don’t transfer any viruses. Cookies are used make our website more user friendly, more effective and secure. If you use the contact form or send us directly an E-mail, we save the given data in order respond to your inquiry or refer to it in case of any questions coming up later during the conversation. We will never give access or forward this data to any third party without your permission.
The treatment of any personal data given to us via the contact form will be processed based on your assumed agreement (see DS-GVO). You can cancel the given agreement anytime. An infomal note via email to the email address (see disclaimer) will do that. The legality of data processed until that cancelation remains untouched.
The personal data given to us via the contact form will be stored until you want us to delete it, you request the cancellation of your agreement to use this data, or the purpose for saving this data omits (i.e. after conclusion of your inquiry). Obligational legal terms, such as record retention periods, remain untouched.
4. Marketing and tools for analyses
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a Web Analytics service from Google Inc. The service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and which allow you to analyze the use of the website. The information which cookies generate on your use of this website will generally be transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. This is in line with the legal text of the DS-GVO (Datenschutzgrundverordnung), which is in English: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The operator of this website has a legitimate interest in analyzing the user behavior of its website in order to constantly optimize their services.
IP Anonymization
We activated the function ‘IP-Anonymization’. Google will abbreviate your IP address, in advance, within the member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Treaty on the European Economic Area. The complete IP address will only be transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website, to analyze your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and provide the website operator, with further services related to website and Internet usage.
Google will not link the IP address which your browser transfers, within the context of Google Analytics, to other data.
Browser Plugin

Objection to the collection of personal data
You can avoid the collection of personal data by Google Analytics. Go to the google website Datenschutzerklärung or privacy policy) and set the ‘opt out cookie’ that prevents the collection of your data for future visits on this website.
Demographic attributes at Google Analytics
This website is using the function of ‘demographic attributes’ of Google Analytics. Reports can be assembled to assess age, gender and interests of a visitor. This data comes from interest oriented advertising of Google as well as from userdata of third parties. This data cannot be tracked back to identify a single person. You can deactivate this function at your Google account by going to their website the same way as for the objection to the collection of personal data.
5. Plugins and Tools
YouTube
Our website uses Plugins of the Google hosted website YouTube. Operator of the site it YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit one of your sites with a YouTube-Plugin, a connection to the servers of YouTube will be established. In this case the YouTube server is informed about which site you visited. If you are logged in with your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to connect your surfing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can avoid this by logging out of your YouTube account. The usage of YouTube is based on the interest in an appropriate representation of our online offer. This is a justified interest in the sense of the legal text of the DS-GVO. Google Web Fonts
This site uses for uniform presentation of fonts so called Web Fonts that are provided by Google. Upon visiting one of the sites your browser will load the necessary Web Fonts in your browser cache in order to show text and fonts in a correct way. Therefore, the browser you use has to establish a connection to the servers of Google. Thus, Google gets to know that your IP address was used to visit our website. The purpose of using Google Web Fonts is a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This is a legitimate interest according to the legal text of the DS-GVO. 6. Data protection for job applications
Job application data transmitted to us are processed only for the job application process. Only persons that are engaged in the job application process will have access to the data. In case the candidate is refused, the personal data will be stored 4 months after closing of the job application process. This is in line with the legal text of the AGG (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz) to address potential claims. We can adjust a different time to delete the data upon agreement. Basis is the legal text of the DS-GVO.
